San Diego Curb Painters paints clean black-on-white address numbers on curbs. It is a simple service with a clear benefit: addresses that deliveries, visitors and emergency responders can read at a glance. We are growing, and we want a fully remote sales teammate who can open doors with property decision-makers.

What you will do
- Research and build a target list of HOAs, property management companies, apartment and condo communities, hotels and businesses in San Diego County
- Reach out by phone, email, LinkedIn and video calls
- Qualify prospects and book calls with decision-makers
- Explain the service clearly and follow up until you get an answer
- Turn interested properties into booked jobs and hand them to scheduling
- Keep a simple pipeline so we always know where every lead stands
- Collect referrals and feedback from happy customers
- Report weekly on conversations, meetings and wins

What we are looking for
Must have
- Comfortable with outreach, cold calling and persistent, polite follow-up
- Based in the United States and comfortable working fully remotely
- Clear, confident communicator in writing and on the phone
- Self-starter who manages your own time and pipeline
- Coachable and honest: you do what you say
- A quiet home office setup with reliable internet and a phone
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B sales, property management, hospitality or working with HOAs
- Familiarity with a CRM or lead tracking
- Spanish language skills
- Knowledge of San Diego neighborhoods and the local market

Fully remote, US only
This role is open to applicants based in the United States. We work together online and stay in the loop every day.
