These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of sandiegocurbpainters.com (the “Site”) and any curb address painting services you request from San Diego Curb Painters (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or requesting a service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
Our Services
San Diego Curb Painters provides curb address painting for residential, HOA, commercial and multi-property clients throughout San Diego County. We paint one standard: black numbers on a white background. We do not offer custom designs, line striping, or fire lane or accessibility markings.
Pricing
Standard service is $80 per curb, with discounts available for multiple properties. Orders of more than 10 curbs are quoted individually. Prices may change, and may vary based on property access, curb condition or job size; any change will be communicated before work begins.
Requesting Service and Payment
You can request service through the request form on the Site or by calling (619) 677-6279. When you request service online, you may be taken to a secure payment page operated by Stripe to pay for the number of curbs you selected. We do not store your card details. Your request is confirmed once we confirm the address and schedule with you. Payment for quotes and invoices is due as stated in the quote or invoice.
By submitting a request, you confirm that you own the property or have authorization from the owner or HOA to have the curb painted at that address, and that the address you provide is correct. We paint the address you give us.
Scheduling and Access
You do not need to be home for most services, but you are responsible for making sure our team has reasonable access to the curb. Please move vehicles from the work area. We aim to complete work within the timeframe we communicate, though weather, access issues or scheduling volume may cause delays. Paint needs dry conditions to cure, so we may reschedule for rain.
Refunds, Cancellations and Our Guarantee
Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how to reschedule or cancel, our completion guarantee, and what we do if you are not satisfied. It is part of these Terms.
Our Chat and Voice Assistant
The Site includes an automated AI assistant. It can provide general information, but it is not a person and may make mistakes. It cannot bind us to a price, schedule or promise. Please confirm important details with us directly by phone or email.
Job Applications and Team Inquiries
Submitting an application or Join the Team form does not create an employment or contractor relationship or promise of work. Information you send is handled under our Privacy Policy. San Diego Curb Painters is an equal opportunity employer.
Acceptable Use of the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, submit false or abusive information, use automated tools to submit forms, or violate any law.
Intellectual Property
Content on the Site, including text, images and design, belongs to San Diego Curb Painters or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
We aim to keep information on the Site accurate and current, but the Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or always available.
Limitation of Liability
While we take care to protect surrounding surfaces and property during every job, San Diego Curb Painters is not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or conditions outside our control (such as weather affecting paint curing). To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for that service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, unless the law requires otherwise.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use of the Site or our services means you accept them.
General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
