This Refund & Cancellation Policy is part of our Terms & Conditions. We want every customer to be happy with their curb address painting.
Rescheduling
If you need to change your appointment, contact us as early as you can by phone at (619) 677-6279 or email, and we will find a new time at no charge.
Cancelling Before Work Begins
You may cancel a booking at any time before we begin the work. If you have already paid, we will refund the full amount paid for the cancelled work.
Our Completion Guarantee
We aim to complete your painting within 10 days of booking, or you get your money back. If delays are caused by access problems, an incorrect address, weather or other circumstances outside our control, the timeframe may be extended, and we will let you know.
If You Are Not Satisfied
If you are not happy with a completed job, contact us promptly after the service. We will review it and, where appropriate, repaint or correct it at no charge. If we are unable to make it right, we will refund the amount paid for the affected curb.
What Is Not Covered
- Work completed correctly at the address you provided
- Pre-existing damage, normal wear, or fading over time
- Damage caused by vehicles, weather or others after the paint has been applied and has had time to cure
How Refunds Are Paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank or card issuer typically takes about 5 to 10 business days to show the refund. For quotes, invoices and large multi-property orders, any different terms stated in the quote or invoice apply.
