San Diego Curb Painters (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides curb address painting services to homeowners, HOAs, businesses and property managers across San Diego County. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have when you visit sandiegocurbpainters.com (the “Site”), request our services, contact us, or apply to work with us.
Information We Collect
Information you give us
- Service requests: name, email address, phone number, the address where the curb is to be painted, number of curbs, and any notes you add.
- Payments: payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe’s secure payment page. We do not receive or store your full card number; we receive confirmation of payment and the amount.
- Join the Team and job applications: name, email, phone, city and state, availability, experience, supplies and travel distance (for painters), links to your portfolio, social accounts or LinkedIn, and any message you write.
- Contacting us: information you include when you email, call, or use our chat assistant.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site we and our service providers may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and how you interact with the Site. We use cookies and similar technologies for this purpose, described in our Cookie Policy.
How We Use Your Information
- Schedule, perform and confirm the curb address painting you request
- Process payments and send receipts or confirmations
- Communicate with you about your request, scheduling, billing or questions
- Review and respond to job applications and team inquiries

How We Share Information
We share information only with service providers who help us run the Site and our business, and only as needed for those services:
- Stripe for payment processing
- Google (Google Analytics, through Google Site Kit) for website analytics
- ElevenLabs for the chat and voice assistant on the Site
- Our website hosting, caching and email providers
- Professional advisers, and authorities when required by law
These providers process information under their own privacy policies. We may also share information as part of a sale or reorganization of our business, or to protect the rights, safety or property of our customers, our team or the public.
Our Chat and Voice Assistant
The Site includes an AI-powered chat and voice assistant provided by ElevenLabs. If you use it, what you type or say (and the assistant’s replies) is processed by that provider and may be recorded or transcribed so we can respond to you and improve the service. The assistant is automated software, not a person. Please do not share sensitive information such as card numbers, passwords or government IDs with it.
Cookies and Analytics
We use Google Analytics to measure traffic and improve the Site. Analytics cookies tell us which pages are visited and how visitors find us. You can control cookies in your browser settings, install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or use a browser or extension that sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. Job Applicants
Information you send through our careers and Join the Team forms is used only to evaluate your interest or application and to contact you. We keep it for as long as needed for hiring decisions and to follow up about future openings, and then delete it on request or when no longer needed. We do not sell applicant information.
Data Retention
We keep service request and contact information for as long as needed to provide our services, keep business and tax records, resolve disputes and comply with legal obligations. Application information is kept as described above.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and a secure third-party payment processor. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you may have the right to: know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; request a copy of it; request that we correct inaccurate information; request that we delete it, subject to legal exceptions; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share it for advertising); and not be treated unfairly for using these rights.

The Site and our services are intended for adults and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
