Who we are
San Diego Curb Painters paints clean black-on-white address numbers on curbs for homes, HOAs, apartments, hotels and businesses across San Diego County. Our social pages show the work, the neighborhoods and the people who make it happen, and we want them to be as sharp as the numbers we paint. This is a fully remote role: you work from wherever you are and we stay in touch online.

What you will do
- Plan and publish posts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Edit short photos and videos of our curb painting work (we send you the footage)
- Write captions in our friendly, clear voice
- Reply to comments and direct messages quickly and warmly
- Engage with San Diego accounts online: neighbors, HOAs, realtors, businesses and community groups
- Keep a simple content calendar so we post consistently
- Track what works each week and tell us what to do more of
- Bring fresh ideas and trends that fit our brand

What we are looking for
Must have
- You use the major social platforms every day and understand what makes content work
- Clear, friendly writing
- Comfortable shooting and editing photos and video on your phone (Canva, CapCut or similar)
- Organized, reliable and good at meeting deadlines
- Comfortable working fully remotely and independently, and based in the United States
Nice to have
- Experience running a brand, club or personal account that grew
- Familiarity with scheduling tools and basic analytics
- Studying marketing, communications, design or a related field, or familiarity with San Diego and its neighborhoods

This role is open to applicants based in the United States. We work together online and keep things simple.
- Video meetings on Google Meet
- Day-to-day messaging and quick questions on Google Chat
- A regular check-in so you always know what is working and what to focus on next
- Flexible hours, as long as pages are posted and messages are answered on time
